Member Resources

A private recovery portal built for small steps, clear next actions, and support that meets you where you are.

Membership gives survivors access to practical resources, guided checklists, private journaling, saved tools, goals, and progress tracking in one protected space. It is free to join and designed so you can move at your own pace.

Stage 01 - The Thistle

Rooted. Resilient. Still growing.

The current member experience begins with The Thistle: a survival and preparation stage focused on safety, clarity, and the next best step. Future stages and milestones can grow from the Ember Point system already inside the profile.

What membership offers

Not just more information. A calmer place to organize it.

The portal turns resources into a more guided experience: what to read, what to save, what to prepare, what to reflect on, and what progress has already been made.

Resource Library

Browse local and survivor-focused resources by topic, including safety, housing, legal aid, food support, finances, career and employment, wellness, and mental health.

Guided Checklists

Prepare before taking action with practical lists for documents, questions, expectations, and next steps.

Private Journal

Document incidents, process emotions, write unsent letters, save reflections, or simply create a record that belongs to you.

Saved Resources

Bookmark articles, checklists, and tools so important information is easier to find when you need it again.

Goals

Create private commitments, track small actions, and celebrate the progress that is easy to overlook.

Ember Points

See recovery actions build over time as you read, save, reflect, complete checklists, and continue your journey.

Private journal

A protected space for clarity and documentation.

Guided prompts support reflection, documentation, incident logs, gratitude, unsent letters, and free writing without forcing one right way to use the space.

The Thistle is only the beginning. The current portal supports Stage 01 with survival-focused resources and progress tracking. As The Thistle & Ember Project grows, future stages can introduce new milestones, content, and community opportunities without asking members to prove where they are in their healing.

Designed with safety in mind

Membership is about support, not pressure.

The portal is built to help someone move at their own pace. Nothing has to be completed perfectly. Small recovery actions still count.

Members log in with a PIN-protected profile and can use the quick exit option when needed.
